4. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics
To better serve our customers in Europe and America, we have established logistics centers in both Europe and the United States.. We partner with premium carriers (including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services) to facilitate transport.

4.1. Order Processing and Estimated Delivery Time

Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping is expected to take 3 to 7 business days.

4.2. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local delivery milestones, we will automatically send tracking updates to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate.

4.3. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors (Force Majeure) such as adverse weather, strikes may cause delays.

Buffer Period: In the event of such delays, we reserve the right to extend the delivery window by a maximum of 5 calendar days.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived after the extended buffer period, please contact us at capacity@packfoldco.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the actual situation, we will decide whether to provide a full refund or reship the goods to you free of charge.

5. Transfer of Risk and Title
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable US regulations:

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you (the consumer) only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. We retain responsibility for the goods while they are in transit with the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal
We align our policies with the consumer protection laws of the European Union and the United States.

6.1.Right of Cancellation (30 Days)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) actually possess the goods. For returns without reason, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs.

6.2.Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, Upon verification of the evidence, we will process a full refund or dispatch a replacement immediately. between us and the client. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Packfoldco shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Note for EU Consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United States, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
