To ensure efficient transit times and local handling, All orders are shipped from our logistics center, depending on the customer’s location:

United States Orders: Dispatched from 100 Enterprise Ave, Secaucus, NJ 07094

European Union Orders: Dispatched from Kaltbandstraße 4, 44145 Dortmund, Germany.

2. Logistics Partners and Estimated Delivery Times
We collaborate with leading global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority Services), to manage our final-mile delivery.

Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping is expected to take 3 to 7 business days.

3. Order Tracking and Notifications
Transparency is a priority for our delivery process. Upon the placement of an order, the email address provided at checkout will be used to send automated status updates. You will receive notifications at key milestones, including:

Order dispatch and tracking number assignment.

Arrival at regional sorting facilities.

Out-for-delivery status with the local carrier.

4. Force Majeure and Unexpected Delays
While we strive to meet every delivery estimate, certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control—such as extreme weather, regional industrial action, or significant transport infrastructure disruptions—may affect transit times.

In the event of such Force Majeure, a maximum buffer period of 5 natural days beyond the estimated delivery date is applied. We appreciate your patience during these rare instances as we work with our carriers to resume standard service.

In the event of extreme circumstances that cause the promised latest deadline to be exceeded, we will proactively contact the customer to explain the situation.

5. Resolution for Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the standard delivery window plus the 5 natural days buffer period, please contact our support team at capacity@packfoldco.com.

We will initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving your email and promise to provide the final investigation results and solution (refund or resend) within 3-5 business days.
6. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase. Packfoldco is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the purchaser.
