At Packfoldco, we aim to provide a reliable shopping experience for our customers in the United States and Europe. This policy outlines the procedures for shipping, returns, and refunds to ensure transparency and compliance with international consumer protection standards.
1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer laws and our global service standards, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a specific reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at capacity@packfoldco.com. The items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We maintain dedicated distribution centres to ensure efficient delivery. We partner with reputable carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services).
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping is expected to take 3 to 7 business days.
Order Tracking:
Automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout during key milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at the local sorting facility, and when the package is out for final delivery.
Delays and Force Majeure:
While we strive for punctuality, external factors (such as extreme weather or logistics disruptions) may occasionally cause delays. We allow a maximum buffer of 5 calendar days beyond the estimated delivery window. If your order has not arrived after this buffer period, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. We will reply within 24 hours of receiving your email.If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify our support team within 30 days of receipt at capacity@packfoldco.com.
To expedite the process, please provide:
Your order number.
Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately. In cases of confirmed damage or defects, you are not required to return the physical item to us.
4. Return Process and Addresses
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage (e.g., exercise of the Right of Withdrawal), please ship the product to the regional warehouse corresponding to your location:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost during return transit.
