Where are my items despatched from?
To ensure prompt delivery to our international clientele, we maintain dedicated distribution centres within both the United States and the European Union. Your order will be despatched from the facility nearest to your delivery address.

How can I track my order?
Upon despatch, arrival at the regional sorting hub, and when out for local delivery, our system will automatically send tracking updates to the email address provided at checkout. This allows you to monitor the progress of your parcel at every stage.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Whilst we strive for punctuality, external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We have established a maximum buffer period of 5 calendar days beyond the estimated delivery date for such occurrences. If your parcel has not arrived after this buffer period, please contact our support team. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Should the parcel be confirmed as lost, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no further cost to you.

3. Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
In accordance with consumer protection regulations in the European Union and the United States, customers have a 30 days Right of Withdrawal. You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of receipt. The items must remain in their original condition.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our after-sales support via email immediately. You are not required to return the damaged item. Simply provide photographic evidence of the issue, and upon verification, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement to be sent to you.
